Available delivery methods and their prices are shown at checkout.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery within Estonia<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Estonia, orders can be collected at Kassi tn 9, Tallinn. Other delivery methods are shown at checkout when available.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International delivery<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are currently not shipped to Latvia or Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deliveries to other countries and regions where Omniva&#8217;s service is available are made via Omniva.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whether international delivery is possible depends on the destination country, the product and the carrier&#8217;s current restrictions. We only ship goods whose shipment is permitted by the carrier&#8217;s rules and the laws of the destination country.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Collecting your order<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pickup orders are also prepared before collection \u2014 we cannot hand them over immediately on site. When your order is ready, we will notify you by e-mail or SMS. The exact time is shown on the product page or provided on request before payment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The order is sent as one parcel once all its items are ready for dispatch. If you need part of the order sooner, contact us \u2014 the possibility, terms and cost of a separate shipment are agreed individually.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery times<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estimated delivery times after the order is handed to the carrier:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>to other countries \u2014 depends on the destination country and service; we will provide an estimated delivery time on request before payment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, local postal services or delivery partners, public holidays and seasonal workload. All delivery times are estimates.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery cost<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delivery cost is calculated at checkout and depends on the delivery method, the recipient&#8217;s address and the weight and dimensions of the parcel. The final cost is shown before you confirm and pay for the order. Collection is free of charge.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customs duties and taxes<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For orders shipped outside the European Union, the destination country may charge customs duties, taxes and other mandatory fees. If these are not included in the final order price, the recipient pays them separately. Their amount and payment procedure are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and the carrier.
