1.1. The online shop oden.ee sells products owned by O\u00dc Oden Grupp (hereinafter the Products) \u2014 security and technical equipment.<\/p>\n\n
1.2. These terms of sale apply to sales contracts (hereinafter the Contract) concluded between a customer ordering goods in the online shop at www.oden.ee (hereinafter the Customer and the Online Shop) and O\u00dc Oden Grupp, the company operating the Online Shop (hereinafter the Seller).<\/p>\n\n
1.3. In addition to these terms, legal relations arising from the purchase of products are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/p>\n\n

1.5. The Seller may amend these terms unilaterally. Amended terms take effect when published in the Online Shop and apply only to orders placed after the amendment.<\/p>\n\n
1.6. By placing and paying for an order in the Online Shop, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms of sale.<\/p>\n\n
1.7. Both private individuals and businesses can buy in the Online Shop. Rights granted to consumers by law (including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the consumer’s right to file a complaint) do not extend to legal entities; they are subject to the general provisions of the Law of Obligations Act and the manufacturer’s warranty.<\/p>\n\n
2.1. All prices in the Online Shop are in euros and include VAT.<\/p>\n\n
2.2. The Seller may change prices. If the Customer placed an order before new prices took effect, the prices shown when the order was placed apply.<\/p>\n\n
3.1. Each Product shows its availability. Preparing a made-to-order product takes up to 14 business days; the exact time is shown on the product page or provided on request before payment. If delivery turns out to take longer, the Online Shop staff will inform the Customer.<\/p>\n\n
3.2. If an ordered Product is out of stock and cannot be ordered from the supplier, the Online Shop staff will contact the Customer and offer a replacement, a new delivery time where possible, or refund the purchase amount within 7 days at the latest.<\/p>\n\n
3.3. Product images in the Online Shop are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the Product.<\/p>\n\n
4.1. Installation and configuration of products are not included in the price.<\/p>\n\n
4.2. Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty on the terms stated in the product documentation. The manufacturer’s warranty does not limit the consumer’s statutory right to file a complaint (clause 8.7).<\/p>\n\n
4.3. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or connection of the product or by failure to follow the installation and operating instructions.<\/p>\n\n
5.1. Pickup orders are also prepared before collection \u2014 we cannot hand them over immediately on site. When your order is ready, we will notify you by e-mail or SMS. You can then collect it free of charge at Kassi tn 9, 12618 Tallinn, Mon\u2013Fri 12:00\u201318:00.<\/p>\n\n
5.2. If all items in the order are in stock, we hand the order over to the carrier within 1\u20132 business days. Lead times for pre-order items and delivery times depend on the delivery method and destination country and are given on the Delivery<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n 5.3. Available delivery methods are shown at checkout depending on the recipient’s country. In Estonia, orders can be collected at Kassi tn 9, Tallinn; to other countries where Omniva’s service is available, delivery is made via Omniva. Orders are currently not shipped to Latvia or Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n 5.4. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout and depends on the delivery method, the recipient’s address and the weight and dimensions of the parcel. Delivery costs are paid by the Customer; the price is shown next to the delivery method.<\/p>\n\n 5.5. Delivery outside Estonia: available delivery methods and their prices are shown at checkout; terms and restrictions are given on the Delivery<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n 5.6. During sales campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.<\/p>\n\n 6.1. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), Apple Pay and Google Pay.<\/p>\n\n 6.2. PayPal.<\/p>\n\n 6.3. The English-language store also offers local payment methods (e.g. Bancontact, EPS, iDEAL and Multibanco).<\/p>\n\n 6.4. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.<\/p>\n\n Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local payments are processed by WooPayments (WooCommerce Ireland Ltd. together with Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.); PayPal payments by PayPal (Europe) S.\u00e0 r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. Card details are entered in the payment provider’s secure form; the Seller has no access to the Customer’s card details. The contract takes effect upon successful payment.<\/p>\n\n 7.1. The Customer selects a Product in the Online Shop and adds it to the cart by clicking \u00abAdd to cart\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n 7.2. To place an order, the Customer selects a delivery method, enters the required details, selects a payment method and accepts the terms of sale.<\/p>\n\n 7.3. After payment, the Online Shop sends an order confirmation to the Customer’s email address.<\/p>\n\n 7.4. When placing an order, the Customer undertakes to provide true information needed to fulfil it.<\/p>\n\n 7.5. The Seller is not liable if an order cannot be fulfilled, or for any consequences, where this is caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n 8.1. A consumer may withdraw from the Contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n\n 8.2. The notice of withdrawal is submitted via the web form Withdraw from the contract<\/a> or by email to info@oden.ee. You may use the model form on the Returns and complaints<\/a> page, but it is not mandatory. The detailed procedure is described on the same page.<\/p>\n\n 8.3. The product can also be returned in person at Kassi tn 9, Tallinn, by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n\n 8.4. The Customer must return the Product as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the return label; if the Customer returns the product another way, without our label, then no later than 14 days after sending the notice of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n 8.5. The Product may be opened and examined as would be possible in a regular shop. If the Product has been used more than necessary, the Seller may reduce the refund by the amount of the reduction in its value.<\/p>\n\n 8.6. If you withdraw from the contract, we refund the amount you paid, including the delivery cost up to the cost of the standard delivery method. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods. For the return we send you a parcel locker return label; its cost equals the delivery cost of your order and is set off against the delivery refund, so the price of the goods is transferred to your account. We send the label within 5 working days of confirming your withdrawal notice. If delivery of the order was free, the return label is free as well. The label is valid for returns within Estonia via a parcel locker; returns from outside Estonia and returns of oversized goods are arranged and paid for by the buyer. If you prefer, you may return the goods another way at your own cost \u2014 in that case we refund the price of the goods together with the delivery cost. We refund the money to the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, but not before we have received the goods or proof that you have sent them. The refund costs you nothing.<\/p>\n\n 8.7. If the Product does not conform to the Contract, the consumer may file a complaint within 2 years of receiving it. The procedure is described on the Returns and complaints<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n 9.1. The Customer’s personal data are used to fulfil orders and provide customer service. Data are not disclosed to third parties except where necessary to fulfil the order (carrier, payment service provider) or required by law.<\/p>\n\n 9.2. O\u00dc Oden Grupp is the controller of personal data and transfers the data necessary for payment to the payment service provider chosen by the Customer (WooPayments \/ Stripe or PayPal). Processing of personal data is described in detail in the Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n 10.1. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/p>\n\n 10.2. The parties will primarily resolve disagreements through negotiation.
