Description

The DAHUA NVR4204-4KS2/L supports up to four IP cameras at resolutions of up to 8MP, with a maximum recording bandwidth of 160Mbps. It supports Smart H.265, H.265, Smart H.264 and H.264 compression. You can connect a monitor via HDMI or VGA for output of up to 4K, and the recorder has a decoding capacity of 4 × 1080p at 30 fps.

For storage, there are two SATA III ports, each taking a hard drive of up to 10 TB. The recorder also has two USB ports, 4 alarm inputs and 2 alarm outputs, plus one input and one output for two-way talk. It has no front panel controls and comes in a black desktop chassis measuring 375 mm × 282.4 mm × 53 mm.

The NVR works with camera-based AI features: face detection, perimeter protection, IVS, people counting, heat maps and SMD. It supports ONVIF (Profile T/S/G), CGI and SDK, and also accepts IP cameras from other brands. Free IP monitoring software is available.

The unit requires a DC12 V, 4 A power supply and operates at temperatures from –10 °C to +55 °C.
